According to my teacher, Baba Ayo Adeyemi. Rumba is
a minspronounciation of a Yoruba word which means,
"Welcome to all the 10,000 deities". It is a song
of invocation to bring down the blessings of the
Orishas.
This is a shamanic Yoruba Drum rhythm to give the
hunters arrows power to always hit their target. In
today's modern world, we use this rhythm to empower
us to keep us on the path of our highest
destiny.
